Welcome to Action + first aid, We are childrens intensive care nurses that deliver professional training in a relaxed and friendly environment to ensure you learn the practical and essential skills needed to deal with medical emergencies. Nurses are experts in teaching, but also help you understand why you are performing the skills in the way you have been taught. We provide a wide range of health and welbeing training. We can deliver it at your pace and tailor it to your workplace.

Action + First Aid will be joining the Health in Education Association (Hieda), part of the BSA Group. Hieda will continue to provide you with the same high level and quality of first aid training you have received over the last few years. This service remains unchanged.
Hieda will help to address core aspects of health and wellbeing education in education and work settings, such as first aid, but will also aim to help members broaden the medical support they provide to employees and students.

One of Hieda’s key functions will be to provide guidance on mental health and wellbeing. It will also provide a training resource for non-medical personnel who are responsible for health and wellbeing. Members will be able to access a comprehensive range of support including:
